I have a suspicion that me not being able to sleep is due to stress and workload. I may not realize I am stressed but I suspect it may be the case. Now I spent a fantastic weekend in Germany, going to the spa 2 times and I slept almost like a baby.
I am so grateful I had a fantastic weekend. We went to this nudist spa - it was not planned, but was so liberating feeling of swimming in the nude. I was scared at the beginning, was shy but then I was still shy, but I went for it. it was a very tranquil spa where I enjoyed going from one sauna to another. It was great being in a hot spa and then coming out naked outside in the cold (1 degree Celsius) air.
I am so grateful for having such a wonderful weekend!
