Forgot to mention that my new talisman, the hand with aquamarine, arrived about two weeks ago, in mid-October. It was sent to me from Israel and then via my mom. It has a blessing of a rabbi, and I can feel that it is such a powerful necklace. When I put it on for the first time, I felt the tightness around my neck. Aquamarine helps people speak up and it acts on the throat chakra. So I felt like there was a scarf around my neck when I put on this necklace. Wow! I also speak up much more about my needs after I got this necklace.
I also feel that I have pain in my body - tension in my shoulders every time I walked out of my office into the common area where my colleagues are sitting.
