visualiing that i am safe. the F cannot touch me, he cannot reach me. i am completely completely safe. and so it is!!! visualizing finding the most perfect lawyer in xx. sending lots of love to F. lots and lots of love. sending lots of love to myself. visualizing myself completing my applications tomorrow and sunday so that the case can be filed. and so it is!
