Today I am going to walk into my boss' office and demanding a promotion. I feel I deserve it. I also feel that I need to tell him that I qualify for this, I have enough points to get it, and if I do not get it here, while I prefer to stay at my current job, I will EASILY and EFFORTLESSLY get it an another organization.
